TSI, Inc. is a 20 year old privately held company that has been developing software solutions for companies providing Soft Dollar, Commission Recapture, Directed Brokerage and Commission Sharing services. Additionally, we design solutions for tracking, managing, analyzing, and reporting on any type of commission, trading, or payment transaction.

TSI was founded on the principle of providing fast, reliable design, implementation, service and support.
Our Management Team

Daniel F. Devine
As cofounder and President of TSI, Inc., Dan has been an industry leader in developing and overseeing the solutions that have been provided to the many worldwide clients using TSI’s applications. As markets have evolved, Dan is frequently consulted for his in-depth understanding of this market space. Dan is a graduate of Georgia Tech University with a degree in Aerospace Engineering.


Kevin J. Devine
Since 1996, Kevin has been the Senior Vice President. Kevin is a graduate of Marist College and has an MBA from Southern Illinois University.
